Can I view the current status of my order?

Yes! simply log into your account and we will update your order details here. We use automated tracking, so you will receive SMS or email updates directly from our couriers.

Delivery

I need my order ASAP! Can you express ship?

Yes! We can express ship your items. We will dispatch your order within 1 business day and will use express shipping provided by our courier. However, please expect 2 or 3 more business days to receive your parcel if you live in remote area.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes, we can deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

Yes! We offer a no hassles return policy for items with manufacturer faults. Simply drop us an email with the details of the fault. Pictures help us process returns more quickly, so if it is possible to show the issue in a photo send us a pic along with your email. We won’t charge you for return shipping like many other retailers do. We will send you a return label and refund or replace the item. As soon as we receive the item, we will verify the fault and process your exchange or refund.

What if I don’t like a product / it’s not what I expect?

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for this reason. You probably know that many large retailers won’t accept returns on things like pierced jewellery or underwear because these items come into contact with personal body parts.

Clothing Sizes & Lingerie Sizes - What if the clothes I ordered do not fit?

We unfortunately cannot accept returns on lingerie. The clothing and lingerie on our site is categorised into broad sizes (S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL, XXXXL). This lingerie is intended as erotic ‘dress up’ wear and is made of light, stretchy material that will generally accommodate a size up or down. Please see our lingerie size charts provided by the manufacturer for an approximate guide to sizing.
